“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”

“I loved this 4 day tour! The nature spots are absolutely stunning, especially now in winter, when everything is covered in snow. The included hotels and activities were amazing. However, I'd recommend to not purchase the food package (it's all Chinese food). There are cheaper and better options nearby at every stop. The tour guide Lewis was very knowledgeable and always there to help when anyone had questions. The tour is bilingual in Chinese and English. Unfortunately, more information is given in Chinese. I would find it fairer if non-Chinese speakers recieve the same amount of information in English.”
